Agreed--the image of somewhat pretty, teenage Greta Thunberg being spanked is much more compelling to me than it happening to an overweight, flabby old curmudgeon.

That's why I suggested it earlier, however in a satirically pro-environmental cartoon rather than the anti-environmental one you posted, which is appealing aesthetically yet foolish scientifically.

This modification, cutting away the inaccurate science plus showing Greta getting spanked on her bare bottom (for an unspecified reason) by an unidentified young woman, strikes me as a considerable improvement:

Its possible to like someone, whether its a personal acquaintance, singer, actress,etc and still imagine them getting a spanking. I like Greta, just as i like for example Lucy Lawless,also for her activism and outspoken views. Or Lady Gaga.Really, for the most part the famous people I imagine as spankees are ones I like to some degree, or at least don't hate. Not even the Kardashian women whom I think we all agree could use a good paddling!

At her age, it would really surprise me. It's very uncommon to tag yourself here before you're in your upper teens. Nor does she seem to be the type to get one and should she after all have one, it would probably be of a heroic activist and not a tramp stamp.

It wouldn't surprise me if Greta did have one, but as others have pointed out, her handlers would probably veto it as it goes against the image they want her to promote. It doesn't take long to get a small one, either. Something like in the image on the tweeted pic would take maybe an hour at most for a good artist to do. I've got a more complicated, larger one with colours and it only took 90 or so minutes.

This is most likely true, but maybe once she becomes over18 next year she could offer her services to RSN as an un-tattooed fake schoolgirl.
