I think Serena Williams definitely needed a spanking a few years ago when she disagreed with an official's calls and viciously berated her, threatening to shove the tennis racket down her throat or some such violent threat.
The lady should have been permitted to drape Serena over the net at center court and spank her bottom good and proper with one of those paddles with holes in it. RickF, Emma seemed to love sticking her tongue out on camera. Good girls don't do that and a dozen with a swishy cane would have taught her to use her tongue to better effect. Mel B also needs bringing to heel I would suggest. On a soap opera note Brookside had a few recalcitrant girls that would have benefitted from the OBB.
