Njrick's "Six of the Best" Challenge

Ok, folks, after a long hiatus, I'm at it again. My newest challenge is for members to post (on this thread) six of their favorite stories here at the Library. The rules are simple, but I have a few other suggestions.

THE RULES
1) in a single post, list 6 of your favorite stories (or series, songs, poems or other) available here at the LSF (no more than 6, and no less)
2) Give the title & author, and write one to three sentences on each, either describing the story or telling why you liked it
3) No two of your stories can have the same author.

That's it! Pretty simple, right?

SUGGESTIONS FOR POST-ERS
1) in your (very brief) description, try to work in details such as orientation (M/F, F/m, etc), length, category (story, series, poem etc) and whether the the spanking is disciplinary or erotic, to help readers decide if they want to go off to find it.
2) For authors, here's a chance to plug one of your own stories (but only one)
3) Although it's not prohibited, try not to list a story that has already been mentioned by someone else (especially multiple times). Stories can be new or old, long or short, and about any spanking variant you want
4) Unlike in my earlier challenges, there's no need to hunt for overlooked stories or authors. Use the ones that are already YOUR favorites
5) You can post more than one "six of the best" list, but let other people have their turn before you jump back in.

SO WHAT'S THE CHALLENGE?

The challenge, a collective one, is to keep this thread among the top 10 on the Forum for as long as possible, if not forever. To that end, people don't have to jump in all at once, but can wait until the thread starts dropping down the list of Forum topics. Everyone can be a winner here, by getting lots of good suggestions for stories to read, and having fun interacting with other members.

So let's get started! I'll pretend to be a gentleman and let someone else go first.

If I go first, I have a free pick, I suppose. So here are my six (there could have been many others!):

Spanking Theatre: Grimoire 5787 words, X/FFF.... Quite literally a dream of a story and a surprise winner of the 2014 Theft Challenge (a surprise because I would never have expected such a complex story to win - compliments to all readers of the library).

Alan Barr: A Miscarriage of Justice 3779 words, M/f. Alan can be such a philosopher, and this the story of an unjustified caning. Heartbreaking and thought provoking.

JessicaK: Becoming an Officer's Wife 4642 words, but the beginning of a family saga. M/F. Jessica is what I would call a serious writer - she writes to discover things, and not just to entertain (but still manages to entertain). Read this and all later stories about a military family.

billboard: Friday Afternoon Punishment Parade 4925 words. F/mf. billboard was one of my favorite writers when I first got her - he is the master of heartwarming (and bumwarming) stories. A standard school story, perhaps, but with a quite unique atmosphere.

Sarah89: First writing, then fighting 5529 words. F/ff. Sarah is one of my favorites because she creates teenagers you really can believe in. This story has only five comments, and I can't for the life of me understand why. You may also enjoy the prequel "Bet on a Belting" with the same characters.

Alef: The Ways of the Lord 4471 words. M/f. We were allowed to pick one of our own stories, and as I think it's a good idea, I'll to do so even if it feels embarrassing. It is hard to pick one, but this is definitely one of my favorites, and as it isn't read much anymore, I'll try to give it a boost.

A great start to the Challenge. I especially like the first two on your list (which I had read previously) and the one you wrote - mostly pretty serious fare.

This is going to take some thought! I have two that jump out at me, so I'll start with them and come back for my last four when I've had time to think about it.

ChardT...The Talk/ A Deal's A Deal...The first two parts of his brilliant Shelly Brooks series. They can be just as easily read as either separate stories or as one. Mother/daugher spanking 0TK with hand and hairbrush. Very warm and poignant interactions between the two and probably my favorite spanking story(s) of all time.

Roland Hand...A Very Bright Girl..A very clever plot with a surprising twist at the end. He wrote it as he described, ripped from the headlines. An honor student gets suspended for a protest at school and has to take licks with a paddle to be able to graduate. M/F and F/f

Looks like you're going to have to work harder than you thought, in order to come up with 5 more rather than 4, The late Rollin Hand had his stories removed from the Library prior to his passing (may he rest in peace).

Hmmmm, I'll give it a shot.

These six are all F/M in gender orientation, although I may have to later include some F/F in another half-dozen, and they're stories unless indicated as a serial by having multiple parts.

"Pride" by KD Pierre [fairly short]

When a woman's male romantic interest and her close girlfriend keep figuratively 'butting heads,' stressing her out, she decides to end their rivalry by making one of them clearly dominant over the other. In a Library story, it's not difficult to figure out how one person's dominance over another would be established, is it?

"MsPaddleHard Meets needs2bspanked" by brian9 [short]

Is it cheating to meet someone outside of one's marriage in order to engage in spanking activity? There's a 'twist' ending to this account of a clandestine internet relationship, which might remind the reader of a once-popular (albeit sexually vanilla) song, with the paddling action about to occur after it.

"Paddling Team" by SNM {3 Parts} [long]

To keep his collegiate scholarship, a young man must take part in an extracurricular competitive activity, however the one he ends up joining isn't what he'd expected it to be. He finds himself with a regularly sore rear end yet gains a terrific girlfriend, who's also his partner in their team competition.

"You Bet Your Ass" by Smeple {9 parts} [long]

To cure her husband of his potentially disastrous sports-wagering addiction, a woman sets up a situation in which they make numerous bets on various aspects of the Super Bowl--however, only he is embarrassingly penalized for every wager he loses, in the obvious way for a Library serial. Two of her girlfriends also show up to participate, adding greatly to his discomfort, both physical and psychological.

"8 Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" by Tyr [short]

There's no actual spanking described in this story (although one clearly begins right afterward), yet there are plenty of references to the extremely emphatic corporal correction which a teenage boy can expect to undergo--from the girl's mother, her two younger sisters, her girlfriends, and even his romantic interest herself--should he violate the rules listed by her mother. Will he be able to follow all of them? He stands a better chance of getting struck by lightning as soon as he leaves the house, I'm figuring.

"One Fateful Night" by tfs [moderate length]

Working at a vacation cottage-rental business over his summer break, a young man tries to 'peep' at sorority pledges from his college being paddled by their 'big sisters,' only to be caught and have the tables turned on him by the offended young ladies. For a week he learns humility and gains considerable experience in the effects of being paddled in the nude, however not from the perspective he had hoped. There's a cleverly diabolical 'twist' at this story's conclusion.

Except for "Pride," I'd describe all of these accounts as somewhat light-hearted in spirit, even though the spankings involved in some of them are arguably rather severe--there is a simple 'moral' found in at least two of them. In all six, there are multiple chastisements described or at least anticipated...

Dammit, you beat me to it with them. What makes it even harder is that I have a couple of authors that each have two stories I would nominate but according to your rules I can only list one. Okay, so how about:

1) Slumber Party - Paris Annette Morreau. Lengthy saga (9.5k words) of girls comparing their spanking histories at a slumber party.

2) Daddy's Girls - Corporal. Dad lines 5 daughters up in a row when they fail to do the tasks he set for them.

3) I am Waiting to be Caned - Kephren. The mind games a girl goes through trying to prepare herself for a meeting with the headmaster's cane.

4) Accepting the Unfair - Placid. A group of students vandalize the Principal's car but only one girl gets caught and her father creates a lengthy and horrific repayment process for the damage caused.

5) The Flagellation of Marianne - ReginaVictory. This one certainly won't be to everyone's tastes; frankly I almost didn't read it when I read the synopsis. It's about a small group of schoolgirls who develop their own private punishment ritual. Some of the descriptions from other people's comments: intense, powerful, erotic, different, emotional, sexy, and unexpected. I haven't seen another story like it.

6) Shameless Self-Promotion of His Own Work - mj2001. No, that's not the title, just the description of what I'm doing. If I had one of my stories to hawk, I'd go with "A Mutually Satisfactory Relationship." A girl who has always gotten a certain 'enjoyment' after being spanked is now a college freshman living with a female professor and her high school aged daughter. It's over 10k words so definitely not a quick read.

The Ladies Man by SNM

Belongs for me to the best F/M stories that can be found here. It simply contains everything a good story of this kind needs: Femme Fatale, humiliation, Spanking in front of spectators.

Colin And Mikayla by Rosie Radcliffe

It's been a long time since I read the story, nevertheless, I remember that I liked it. Colin is punished by his girlfriend for a bad exam. Despite the punishment, the story also contains a bit of eroticism.

Annas Nasty Babysitter by BashfulBob

Actually, I like babysitting scenarios.However, I don't like the implementation of some stories here. Is just a matter of taste, his F/F story has hit my taste.

A Bit of Morning Fun by Kyrel

A man is awakened by his girlfriend on his birthday, she has a surprise for him. Nice mix of dominance and eroticism.

The Bit Stick by gail

Nasty Sadistic F/M story, I don't want to betray too much.

The Stipulation (Complete series) by charlie charlie

A man inherits a lot from his uncle. However, the inheritance is conditional. Great F/M series, I hope the author continues the series one day or releases something new.

In no particular order:

"Birthday Tradition" penmask (4899 words-f/f) A nice story of voluntary f/f reversal. I particularly like the way it escalates. I always wonder if the younger girl is making the whole thing up, and have decided that that's what I'm going to believe! LOL

"Elle's in Charge Now" otkgirl (1968 -F/F) Another great reversal story that very believably reveals the inner thoughts of being the older partner who gets spanked. I especially relate to the thought process even though I'm male.

"Matched Pair" Crimson Kid (499 f/f) Probably my favorite "unfairness" story on the site ( with perhaps Juanoneone's "The Wager" as an Honorable Mention in this genre)! Though short, it captures the arbitrary nature of how two childhood friends end up in their future roles through nothing more than the coincidence of appearance.

"The Punishment of Gregor Samsa" Cindy2 (2426 F/M) A beautifully written take on Kafka's 'Metamorphosis'. Some elegant writing in this one.

"Harold Calvin: Imagineer Pt1" Lawrence Kinden (1464 F/m) Simply one of the most creative and satisfying takes on childhood maternal punishment one can find......all conveyed by the masterful writing of Mr. Kinden.

"Spanking Cannot Solve Everything" Canadian Spankee (2609 F/m) Simply C.S.'s best work. An unsettling and believable expose on how childhood punishments don't always result in kids growing into grateful adults.

I'll have a go. Here they are:

"Amy Harper Has Been Spanked" (Alef, F/f, 3467) - A goody two-shoes older teen girl steals some of her father's wine for a party. Her older sister, who is usually the one in trouble, gets blamed and punished, but eventually the truth comes out and then there's hell to pay. Amy really gets put through the wringer (or puts herself through the wringer) before finally being confronted.

"Medical Journal" (HBrushed, 4401) - I've been a big fan of Pam's work since the old days of usenet and Laura's Spanking Corner, but this piece is very different from her usual Mother/daughter pieces. It's a clever pseudo-scientific article describing "Post Spanking Syndrome" and presents several accompanying case studies.

"Dean of Girls" (El Jefe, X/f, 8470 in two parts) - This one is pretty new and for whatever reasons, pushed a lot of buttons for me. A high-school freshman in a pretty futuristic school learns the consequences for breaking school rules at the "hands" of Ms. AmI. Maybe I like the matter-of-fact process that is described. The extensive post-punishment narrative is a very nice slow decrescendo as opposed to a lot of stories (including my own) that tend to wrap up quickly after the action is finished.

"I Heart Weed" (Beth, F/f, 1689) - I really, really like spanking-induced confessions, even undeserved ones, and this story of a clueless mother's big misunderstanding of what turns out to be harmless doodling by her daughter delivers.

"The Meyers Family - Part 1" (hd1865, F/f, 2017) - I saw this story posted on another site and encouraged the author to post it here. It's got a nice setup and tale of a daughter who pushes her mother too far in public, with predictable results. Sadly, the author never continued the series or posted any other stories.

And for my shameless self promotion, "The Pictures of Dorian Gray's Granddaughter" (Thepreacherswife, 2168) - I did a bit of research to set this up properly but it just hasn't gotten a lot of views, mainly because there's no real detailed spanking content. It's more about some interesting supernatural powers that a girl seems to have derived from her famous namesake.
