Actually, there was a whole lot of booty slapping going on in that episode, first one crewman gave a slap to Another, which prompted Charlie X to give one to Yeoman Rand. Followed by Charlie X giving one to Capt Kirk.

As Willow Rosenberg pointed out "Everybody is getting spanked except me!" (I'm sure Uhura was thinking the same thing).

This might be cheating a bit, on account of them being animated, but I'd love to see Ensigns Tendi and Mariner from "Lower Decks" being spanked.
