Spanking in Holland

I am surprised we don't hear more about spanking in Holland as they seem to have, like the UK, a long tradition of corporal punishment there. The word 'spanking' itself is believed to have come from the old languages spoken by the Frisians, Saxons and Angles along the North Sea coast.

Also most Dutch people fluently speak and read English and there have been Dutch films, even in the last couple of years, that include a spanking.

Have any of the Dutch members written stories on here?

I have asked myself the same question, but from a different perspective: On Fetlife I seem to be running into a steady stream of Dutch spankos, but I see very few of them here. Perhaps they are so busy practicing that they don't have time to write?

I agree Alef, and my favourite spanking cartoonist is Funbun, who I believe is Dutch.

Jillian Keenan has mentioned a couple of times that she knows LOADS of spankos from the Netherlands. Perhaps they all just avoid this site haha

As we can see from the 2014 film "Dorsvloer Vol Confetti", there is plenty of scope for spanking stories within their strict Calvinist communities.

It was a pity the caning of the girls in "Girl with a Pearl Earring" was on the hands and not the bottom. Maybe if the Dutch had made the film they would have lifted their skirts?

The 'Members by Location' list gives 186 Dutch members of the LSF, 8th equal with Sweden and just behind France - not too bad when you consider that France has nearly four times the population of the Netherlands. But it's true, we don't seem to hear too much from our Dutch friends on the Forum - and offhand I don't recall reading any stories by them. Hey friends, waar zijn jullie?

I googled Dutch spanking stories last night and found you mentioning that film last year. I found it on Vimeo and watched about 10 minutes from 30 minutes in but didn't find the spanking scene. It looked a good film, despite me not understanding a word of it. I'll have to watch a bit more of it to find that scene.
