Nope, that's news to me. But Wiki records some interesting history on that:

"London hosted Europe's first "masturbate-a-thon" on August 5, 2006. Hundreds of persons raised money for the charity Terrence Higgins Trust and the sexual- and reproductive-health agency Marie Stopes International. The Masturbate-a-thon, also called "Wank-a-Thon", was recorded by ZigZagProductions of London as part of an international documentary of the event. However, plans to broadcast this on Channel 4 as part of its Wank Week series were abandoned, including programming from Europe's fetish and leather week."

I've actually come across this event's theme tune ('Masturbation is OK' by The Wetspots) online!

I did mention it somewhere else. I was going to mention it here too, but my hands were a bit full at the time.

Why can't somebody do something a bit different, like write a story about someone spanked for NOT masturbating? (now that I've mentioned this, I'm sure several authors will pipe up about already having written such a story)

The storyline that would appeal more to me would be of the young adult woman spanked for masturbating when she was been explicitly told not to. Perhaps by the mother in law with whom she's living while her husband is long away.
