Hand spanking

I've long felt that women are quite capable of delivering a good hand spanking, and that they are quite unfairly overlooked or dismissed. This can be either for fun or discipline. I'd be interested in the opinions of other members. I'm new to the site, but a life-long spanko.

Hello Often, speaking personally I am disciplined on a regular basis by my Mistress and have been under her firm hand for several years. I can assure you that if she lays her hand spanks on, they hurt. I won't say that they are unbearable or that they rival her mahogany hairbrush because they don't but we both enjoy our time with me over her knee and she can certainly paint a bright red on my bottom with her hand, before she gets serious and moves on to the big guns <ouch>

I think that plain hand spanking is underrated. Most men, and probably many women can spank hard enough (assuming bare bottom) to cause bruising. If you can do that, why would you need an implement? (Except perhaps to add drama.)

Oh yes ladies can certainly lay it on with their hand. There's also a lot to be said for the feel and sound of skin on skin.

I have to agree wholeheartedly with Seegee, too. I've had the bare hand on bare skin before and it's no walk in the park. In my younger days I dated a woman who had long slender fingers.
