I completely understand the reasoning in deterring comment spammers, I was just a little dismayed that it appeared I had fallen the wrong side of the line in this instance. You have put my mind at rest and thanks again for the tireless work you put in to make the library what it is, an awesome resource.

Now that's enough brown-nosing

When I joined this sight I was so excited by the quality of the stories and the way they were sorted I felt like I discovered a secret treasure. That may sound silly but I've always loved to read and the amount of crap I've had to stop reading..... I'm sure you've all been there. I also realized that comments were important here (there's hints everywhere). The ratio is more than generous considering the quality of the work, the lack of advertising, pop ups and all those other things that really annoy me. So i decided I would try to comment at least once every 10 stories because you guys deserve it. Then I started getting drunk and reading and couldn't type. I did not maintain my ratio (I have regained it though). If it wasn't for spell check I would not be trying to write this now as i am well into a bottle of my favorite wine. I just had to let everyone involved in making this site happen that I think your wonderful. I thank you for supplying me with amazing stories and not giving my computer a virus. Also I thought it was funny that there are over 400 views of this thread and over 100 comments. Someone (blimp I think) mentioned obsessing....

That's all right, we really don't mind if your obsessed, there are many worse things then that!!

Possessed, yes. Obsessed, no.


THAT is a winning point.

Now that's a healthy V/C ratio of around 4, which is pretty good in my opinion.

And a topic on which pretty much all authors can agree... except when they don't.

And undoubtedly due a revival...
