What Floats Your Boat... or should I say swishes your switch or bends your butt???

For me, the more descriptive (the spanking) scenario from start to finish the more enjoyable the read. I seem to gravitate towards naughty misbehavior where parent takes child pulling and screaming OTK. Guess I could sum it up as the good'ol fashioned OTK stories involving punishment spankings seem to push my buttons.

But, there's nothing wrong with a naughty young misbehaving female being soundly spanked OTK with a hairbrush or hand that would not have a "positive" effect as well.

Have them keep an eye out for alligators. They're up to their asses in alligators in some places in Florida and Louisiana so you're "quirky pair's" behinds may be in danger from more than one source...

I write exclusively M/F and rarely M/f stories because that's how I live my spanking fetish. Like many of you I like stories that could be read as a good or excellent story without the spanking. The plot, the characters, the scenario and the facts that bring in the spanking are much more important than the description of the proper spanking.

On the other hand I envy those authors that can describe and sustain a long drawn spanking scene, I lack the skill to do it.

Another thing that I like is a twist, or several twists that make me ride a story as a roller coaster and there are quite a few authors on LSF that know how to do it.

I like work scenarios in parallel universes, different eras or other planets where the constrains of modern Western society do not apply.

I love the F/m or F/M stories with take charge women, I love humor in any story especially M/F or M/f, spankings should have the embarrassment factor but some humor or fun.

My preference is M/F. I think the part I find most interesting in a spanking story is the preparation -- the whole over the knee, up with the skirt, etc., process. I've found that the right writer can make the moment when the panties come even more horrifying for the spankee than the actual spanking.

My favourites would be F/M, (surprise surprise), f/F role reversal, where mature ladies are given their just desserts by females much younger than themselves an spanking fanfiction such as the incomprable edb writes.
Actually now I think about it I love all forms of spanking except M/M.

Although I almost always bottom as a male in real life, in writing (and reading) stories I tend to prefer a female spankee - I also like this to be F/f as this tends to give the story a more disciplinary feel and there doesn't need to be a sexual element, but I'm not averse to writing F/m and M/f although I can only recall one M/m I've penned. I also enjoy school punishment stories as long as the children as well into their teens.

I did write one story where a male doll was spanked by a little girl who was spanked by her brother who was spanked by his older sister who was spanked by her mum who was spanked by her husband who was spanked by his domme who was spanked by her top ... and then HIS mother turned up. You can only go there once.

I have a bit of a thing for stories in which the spankee (female, since m/f is my thing) has a role in making her spanking happen, or at least willingly (but reluctantly) acquiesces to it.

For instance, she might admit she deserves to be spanked for her misdeed. Perhaps she'll just plain ask to be spanked. Better is when she is offered a choice of outcomes, and despite misgivings chooses to be soundly spanked. My favorite story of the ones I've written is Megan's Choice, which deals with this exact setup.

Or perhaps she sets up a situation which will lead to a future spanking which she cannot escape; basically sentencing herself to a spanking. I've written several of those.
