Thankyou NJR
Dufus commented on a chapter in one of my earliest serials.
I haven't read it for two or three years, and went back to it.
Guess what-I really enjoyed reading it and felt it was fresh and lively.
So I'm going to forget all this staistical and commenting nonsense and try to write like I used to.

This is why I like to use the Lucky Dip. Sort of a Pot Luck in stories. I find a lot of stories that have no comments, or even a few favs but no comment.

I just read Parslow in Indiaby Barretthunter

Parslow goes on safari to the Indian Jungle hoping to bag a prized species only to be thwarted again and again by a "by the book" quite delicious guide Sharma with eagle eyes.
Barrett had me hooked after he shared the vision of Sharma - the guide- on the back of a Bengal tiger with an erection and Sharma riding bare back without panties. I love the descriptions of the steamy Indian jungles and the interaction between the characters. I won't give away the entire plot but let me say there is a seismic spanking and a number of other hints and innuendos regarding such. It was interesting that another hunter's personal assistant just shows up at his door without an invitation, ready for action after Parslow's spanking reputation is revealed. Soon, the whole population, even the tourists crave a bottom warming. Barrett's reliable good humor is in play, a pity 135 others read his magnificent story and could not bother writing the briefest comment. This one is worth reading fellows. Don't be concerned over the word count; the story flies by!

Rick, this is such a great idea, I am delighted you organized this effort. What is the point of writing if no one reads your work. We need to take better care of commentless stories! This is a great start!

Rollercoasters and Other Thrill Rides by Jean Marie. Just read it, most of you will like it.

The Therapist Drop In.... by Kilahara. One very dedicated therapist makes a house call.

My second story will be "Premonition" by Alex Birch, a very compact story about a spanking in the military, finishing with a twist.

annamarie376:
Don't worry njrick I read and understood the instructions

Sorry I doubted you!

Thankyou NJR

Rick, this is such a great idea,

You're welcome! Jimi made a point in another thread about needing to focus on the stories, and I thought this would be one way to do it. (Yes... one way. I have others, but we're starting with just this one)

And for anyone interested, it is absolutely permissible for any member to keep posting more first comments here. The only reason to stop is having none left. We have just 4,412 to go.

I'd like to throw in: Three Over the Knee, part 2 by ChardT.

As indicated it's part of the series, whose other parts got some comments. Those didn't contain really marvelous dialogues and musing before and after parts describing spanking maternal punishment (which got the attention from some commenters). Those dialogues are really worthwhile reading, enjoy it.

Great idea. I took up the 'challenge' and discovered a little gem: 'Anatomy of a sensual spanking' by Kilahara. I can only assume the reason it was not commented on before is that everyone knows what to expect from this author and there is only so many ways you can say 'fabulous'.

As fun and compelling as this thread is, after a quick check of the first few suggested stories it hasn't been successful in actually generating any rush of comments. Notable among the non-participants is the person who had the great idea in the first place (no names).

Guy:
Notable among the non-participants is the person who had the great idea in the first place (no names).

You can mention names. If MY name is among them (which seems likely, since this WAS my idea), you'll notice that I have indeed "nominated" two stories with first-time comments. I have also, since starting this challenge, commented on three stories with one previous comment, and another with only three... jsut not ones "nominated here.. Have I yet read the nominations of other members? Not yet. And even though that wasn't the primary objective for this project (to generate a flood of new comments for the nominated stories), I certainly DO intend to read (and likely comment upon) a number of the stories nominated. Some of us do have to work for a living, and therefore it might not happen until the weekend. The whole idea of having these uncovered stories listed all on one thread as a reference guide is to make it easy for members to go back (AT THEIR LEISURE) to locate them here, rather than trying to catch them on the "most recently commented list" before they are washed away by the steady stream of comments (mostly on new stories). So have patience, my friend - you will see more comments from me.
