I can actually do a bit more than ask questions as my own background is actually in pharmacology and pathology, so I do know exactly what they should be doing ... getting them to do it is another matter though!

Being an American, my first thought is that hinting (or threatening if they are not to quick on the uptake) a lawsuit often is a great motivator, although I don't know English medicine, the NHS may be legally immune from such actions.

In any case, it may help Flopsy to know that she has the good thoughts of countless perverts behind her.
