Whilst not having bothered to take the time to formally qualify from Med School you understand, I would prescribe an intravenous supply of copious quantities of VIMTO and a regular application of a MARMITE poultice. Both in conjunction with a liberal diet of CRISPS.

I can actually do a bit more than ask questions as my own background is actually in pharmacology and pathology, so I do know exactly what they should be doing ... getting them to do it is another matter though!
