My real life uniform was hideous, but a nice short grey pleated skirt does appeal.

Adult women look great in school uniform, but those 'old school' bottle green knickers or Airtex are a turn off. Plain white cotton briefs are always the best.

I always suspected her and Dennis were spankos. Very normal for those with a strong personality and power to want to do some private exchange play.

She also wanted to bring back the birch in England in 1959! Although school cp was banned under her leadership, she didn't personally vote on that particular issue. Perhaps you're onto something!

To return to the original post on this thread, while I have no wish to go back to school, one thing which I concur with Brosse6's friend was that school was a time when you could do deliberately ridiculous things without (much) fear of the consequences. I mean in the workplace you could lose your job or be embarrassed forever but at school there was a certain pleasure to be had in protesting some rules. I recall at my school the uniform was a dark blue skirt and infractions were usually just that some girls rolled it up to make it shorter. I had the idea of coming in wearing a completely see through (over thick tights) dark blue chiffon skirt. I then ripped all the buttons off my white shirt and replaced them with an assortment of large, colourful buttons. When I was told not to wear brightly coloured tights I came in wearing black fishnets and said, 'But they're black. You never said don't wear tights with holes in them'. Those sorts of things were fun.

Blimey KatiePie - I never would have dared do that! I always admired the rebellious kids who did do things like that. That story sounds like something you'd read on this very library, with the protagonist getting a sore bottom as penance. I'm slightly in awe that you did it for real!
