Let's see;

Not being properly thanked. If someone helps you out in the least you can do is say thank you. I particularly hate receiving the expression "That will work" from these people after I have gone out of my way to accommodate them.

Dirty socks. I don't like wearing them and I don't like seeing them on other people. I especially don't like to see them on women.

People who dress in outrageous fashions or in provocative clothing and yet somehow don't want attention.
