The Virtuoso by Alex Birch

An interesting short story about a concert pianist who delivers two sublime performances. I just added it to my favourites, well worth the read.

The Bright Moon's Long Lost Daughter by John Benson

She gets what she needs even if it isn't what she thinks she wants. Interesting premise for a story.

My last read is js anon's poem entitled "Trio"
I must say we are making progress; usually when I click the Lucky Dip, there are 4-6 pieces without comments. This time there were only 2 of them.

A Shot in the Dark by Eve

Brief, but most definitely to the point - in more ways than one.

The Code Review by Marcus, Parts 1,2,3 and 4

The excitement builds in each part as the young woman is punished for sloppy work. Ends with a very nice twist.

A Day In The Life by Shanr

Another Shannon and Landon story. A very sweet story. Great dialogue. A fun read.

One For The Road by Grace Brackenridge

Interesting take on a classic child-spanking theme.

What an interesting idea NJR. I decided to give it a try. My first "Lucky Dip" try brought a few John Benson's stories with no comments. I probably read all JB stories before they were loaded into LSF. Oh well. I chose: "The Demon Who Ate New Jersey" A strange and delightful story in his inimitable style.

Kelly-Ann : Taking one for the Team by ChardT

A cleverly conceived and expertly written three-part serial,
two of which had no comments at all.
