Do you like your "Karens" top or bottom

The big social media platforms have been trying to suppress the Meme culture for a while now, even to the point where companies like Sony and Disney get Youtube to ban, demonitorise or "shadow ban" anyone on the internet who mocks their products.

Sony got very angry recently after a video game that cost them $millions to produced was ridiculed with memes by angry fans. Needless to say they still do not understand the Streisand Effect.

Yes, I've been seeing "Karen" turn up quite often as a term for the entitled middle-aged white woman as described previously here. I have liked to use this name in my stories because it connotes that certain kind of femininity that can be either dominant or submissive--and I agree with the writers here who prefer her as a domme. Some years ago, when consulting in Armenia, I met a high-ranking male official whose first name was Karen, but in most other places, I suggest, the name now does work well in depicting that kind of woman whose behavior does stir up negative feelings. She is also prudish, so she is horrified if her panties are exposed, much less lowered for a spanking. (Another reason for her dismay might be that her panties are likely to be full briefs, not exactly the trendiest undies.)

I like my spankers unreasonably demanding, sooo...

If they aren't demanding, then how else can we manage to get spanked by them?

Well I feel quite cross about this. I have always liked the name Karen and I resent it being hijacked in this way. And what about all the very nice women whose name actually is Karen? How are they supposed to feel?

Not being into memes, knew nothing about this definition of Karen, which I read was the Scandinavian version of Katherine.
Karen was a very popular girls' name in the 50s and 60s. I associate it with cute, blonde hippie chick type girls. A couple of my stories in fact have girls like that getting spanked who are indeed named Karen.
Don't know about the "obnoxious middle age white woman" thing, don't care for it. Karen is a pretty name, once knew someone named Karen who was really nice. She also happened to be a voluptuous, Valkyrie-esque blonde with a more than ample bottom, but thats another matter...

"Karin" (that is the way it is spelled in my country) is a very common girl´s name in Sweden. I did not realize before that it is the Swedish version of Katherine.

How interesting, because the name Kate/Katherine is to spanking what eggs are to omelettes - inseparable!

When I hear the term, it brings a vision of a grown-up Veruca Salt.
