a movie scene I'd like to find again

I remember seeing a movie scene (probably on youtube) where a woman is bent over a desk and her long skirt is raised, and a man instructs a third party (I think another woman) to strap her (I don't remember if bare or over panties). Then the man says something to the effect that he is going to enjoy having her punished, and intends to do it frequently. Ring any bells for anyone? I think it was black and white, and was definitely set in an earlier era.

Try over at Chross' blog. He has a vast knowledge of film spanking scenes. Also there used to be something called Spanking Facts and Research that had a section on film but I don't believe they are still around. Also CF Publications did something on movie spankings. This one does not sound familiar.

Can you remember if this is a scene from a main stream movie or is it from an actual spanking video?
If it's a spanking video I'm wondering if this might have come from an early vintage Nu-West film.

I think it's a mainstream movie, but I don't know for sure. The clip I saw was just the one spanking, and I don't remember it being attributed. I know I saw it on a mainstream site (youtube or vimeo or something) and not on a spanking videos site. If I recall correctly, it had pretty decent production quality.

You Tube has scenes from a British TV movie called The Happy Valley set in Kenya and made in 1987. The description sounds somewhat similar, although the clips are in colour. (There is a more recent TV series called Happy Valley, but searching in You Tube for 'Happy Valley 1987' gets you to the right place).

Sounds as if it may have been The Story of O.
What got through the censors in the was laughable, but I think the French and German ones had a bit more about them.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks, but it wasn't either of those. I'm 99% sure it was originally in English, so that narrows it down some.

RosieRad - If you find out, PLEASE let us know about it! This sounds like the Holy Grail of Spanking Scene quests to one like myself, who has a real thing for straps and bottoms bent over desks...

I would go with the Happy Valley second caning scene. The girl's father orders the girl's governess to cane her. Realistic shots of the caning and the girl's cries.
