Thanks for the suggestion. It was definitely not the Happy Valley scene, though I know which one you are talking about. The woman is older than the girl who is beaten in that scene, and leaning on a desk or table.

The poster there said it was from the Story of O series (versus the movie), so kudos to jimism for suggesting that.
