Of course, there could be an issue if a naive, suggestible parent were to join the site's membership and take its described daughter-disciplining "experiences" as representing a valid approach to child-rearing. Stories in this Library being clearly identified as fictional, albeit with a number of them possibly based to some degree on real-life situations, that's a critical factor in their presentation...
You have stated the important considerations on this subject. Trolling others for scintillation and satisfaction has been a part of the spanking scene for over a century. Find that hard to believe? My research through newspaper archives reveals that by the second decade of the last century people were already writing preposterous letters to the advice columnists of the day that included spicy details about older teen girls being spanked by parent or older sibling. The 1920s brought a flurry of 'genuine" stories about flappers being subject to the most embarrassing forms of corporal punishment. In the 1940s through the '70s over-the-knee, bare-bottom, hairbrush spanking was the sure cure for what was wrong with bobby-soxers, delinquents, flower-power girls and eventually mean girls. For sure, there was a whole lot of actual domestic discipline going on throughout these decades as there always has been and many of those seeking advice, handing out words of wisdom or just bemoaning their fate were relating actual accounts involving mischief and punishment. But it is plain to see that the genuine accounts do not elaborate on the details of the spanking to the point of being salacious. The most genuine of letters mention the spanking as incidental to the over-all problem of injustice such as, "He told me to go immediately home where I received a long scolding, a sound spanking and a warning never to talk to boys again".
In the world of today's social electronic media the, wise to the ways of the troll, advice column has been replaced, for that purpose, by such vehicles for trolling as the site mentioned here or with Yahoo! answers and other features of the internet that offer the anonymous user the opportunity to encourage the desired fetish feeding response. No harm, no foul I guess as long as one does not involve the naïve, innocent or minor. Anyway as of today 3/17/16 the banner "advertisement" over this very comment is for "The Spanking of Teenage Daughters Book 1" a delightful collection I'm sure by a skilled writer. Anyway, keeping that in mind let's not go about casting stones at folks who have the same fetish we do but perhaps go about feeding it in a slightly different way.
