It's refreshing to know that the WHO didn't report coincident evidence of hirsute palms and poor eyesight, but perhaps the latter caused failure to observe the former.

As a matter of fact, Clifford, the WHO is now aware of poor eyesight as a co-morbidity, but as you pointed out, this co-morbidity resulted in the WHO's failure to detect hirsute palms. Those afflicted have increased their purchase of razors by 20 percent but as of yet that fact is not known to the WHO and therefore its significance can not be understood.
