Lets meet in the middle Six. How about Ms Rice spanking Sarah Palin.

I don't think the Kennedy's were strangers to spanking. Rose admitted to using a wooden ruler on Bobby's behind when we was a child.

She was definitely the archetypal matriarch.

One of my favorite cartoon jokes:

This couple is waiting in line to see Jim Cameron's Titanic, and they're talking about the ship's awful fate. Two teenagers in line behind them overhear their conversation and say, "You mean the ship sinks? Well thanks for ruining it for us!"

Wait a minute......Canada has an army???? I know that they fought besides the allied forces during WW 2, but do they still have an army???? (LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO)
P. S. I think that I would love to live in Canada. I have a cousin that lives there, for many years. She married a Canadian.

Not only a army, but one of the best trained ones in the world. Few wars except Korea and Afghanistan but lots of peace keeping. I would pit our special trained forces against any other nation in the world.

Life in Canada is great. I have been in the USA, nice place but way too many people for me, same as Mexico and Europe. Here when one wants to be alone for a week or so there are lots of places within a easy driving distance from the cities. I live in a "big" city in Canada, slightly over one million people. There are 4 million in the province I live in and that province is just as big if not bigger than many European countries. Yes I would not trade being Canadian for anything, including the times when I have to freeze my butt off....LOL

Of course! Seeing as there's an obvious solution for that.

Who knows the former name of the Sandwich Islands.

I believe the Hawaiian Islands were formerly known as the Sandwich Islands.

The question was "Who knows the former name of the Sandwich Islands?"

I suspect that sixofthe best doesn't know the answer to his own question.

It appears that the former name (as opposed to the subsequent name) was "Mokupuni o Hawai'i". (which translates as "the islands of Hawaii" more or less.
