Davina McCalls backside

While watching the Million Pound Drop this evening both Mrs Duns and myself could not take our eyes off of Davina McCall's backside. If ever bottom was made for spanking it's hers.
Mrs Dund said her palm was itching just thinking about how red she could make it.

She does have a cute butt, but alas, I've seen a lot of fantastic bottoms in my day.

Just curious.... Writers and men attribute all sorts of shapes to female bottoms... (apples, pears, heart, bubble) but apart from the obvious bubble butt shape, I have no idea what the other differences are. To me they are either callipygian, curvy, slightly curvy or flatish, or saggy! I just don't get how they are compared to the shape of various fruit!

Personally I would consider Davina's butt to come under the slightly curvy category, and perhaps heart-shaped category in terms of literary classification. Whereas Scarlet Johansen and Beyonce would be classed as callipygian, and definitely bubble shaped. Is this also similar to apple perhaps??? As far as pear shaped goes I have no idea what this would look like on a human form heheeh

I can imagine similar comparisons could be made to the male buttocks too, excepting callipygian of course (that one is decidedly female). Does anyone have some juicy, fruity metaphors for the male bum cheeks? heheheeh

She's nice, but not in a league of luscious butts that include models Nicole "Coco" Austin,Buffie"the Body"Carruth,and Vida Guerra.And for that matter JLo,Kim Kardashian,Shakira, and some others.

Jools - the pear refers to the shape that was very popular around the end of the 19th and the early 20th century, with a slim waist, the top of the buttocks relatively slim, but expanding as you look downwards. Think of the shape of a pear compared to an apple or a plum. By contrast, apple-shaped would mean rounded and not widening towards the lower part and I suppose, a plum would be similar but smaller. I have not yet had the honour of seeing a pineapple-shaped, strawberry-shaped, lemon-shaped or banana-shaped bottom.

I well remember from my schooldays that two of the most delicious bottoms were one a classic pear and the other a classic apple.

It is said that ripe pears are jucier than apples.

One of the best butt shots in a movie (and I say One Of the best) is in Anaconda with J-Lo in that nightgown when she gets up off the chair. That was in Redskinluver's category of Bubble Butt. Wow!

And a butt doesn't have to be padded or ample to the extent that Kim K's or JLo's is to be cute. Britney Spears, for example. Not an especially bubbly one , but very cute. Likewise Taylor Swift, Leanne Rimes, Miley Cyrus and lots others. If a butt looks good in a scanty bikini, I like it.
And female athletes are in a category of their own. Love the butts on the Williams sisters, Maria Sharapova, and of course beach volleyball players.
Do not have to be really young either. I think Ellen DeGeneres has a really nice bottom. The show where Carmen Electra gave it a smack was so exciting.

What does one call a bottom in which the outer clothing covering it (pants, dress, skirt etc) sort of sinks into the crack, creating two separate, and sometimes unequal, cheeks? It can include all the various fruit shapes mentioned above. Its just that one could look at it as two pieces of fruit instead of one. Or does this particular look have more to do with the size and type of the clothes being worn, rather than the butt itself?
