I am so very sorry to hear of Barb's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family. From the interactions I had with her, the comments she has left on my stories and those of others authors, she has proven to be a very lovely lady who very much enjoyed this site. She will be sadly missed. Rest in peace sweet Barb xxx

She was one of the most encouraging people on the library and always made me feel welcome. Her presence will be sorely missed. I've not been too active on here lately as I had a rather severe injury earlier this month and just lost my grandfather this week, so I'm a bit late posting on Barb's passing.

I didn't personally know the lady but having read every ones messages of condolence, she was obviously a very nice lady and a very respected member. It is always sad to hear of the passing of a nice person and that sounds like Barb! So may I please add my respectful condolence!

This is sad news indeed. I will miss her encouraging comments, and it is sad to think that we have seen the last of them. Requiescat In Pace.

It's sad to hear she's not among us any longer. I've really appreciated her lovely comments to my own, few stories. She must have been a very kind person, and now I can put a face to her.

I didn't know. I'm so sorry. She was my biggest fan, and Don and I wrote a story for her. Then when I stopped coming on here for awhile, she and I emailed back and forth. Then I realized the other day I hadn't heard from her so I emailed. And now I peeked on here. It's nice to see her picture. I had no idea, ever, of her age. Interesting.

But so sad she's gone. I feel just awful.
