"That's Sebastian. He always has a comment."

The title of this thread is a quote from Rollin's classic, "LSF: The Movie." The statement is as true today as it was two years ago when it was written. Although three other member/commenters have edged past Sebastian in the total number of comments made, Sebastian remains the LSF's original big-time commenter.

I imagine that no author here has posted very many stories without receiving at least one comment from Sebastian, if not a bunch of them. He epitomizes the participating, interactive reader here in the Library – the kind of role model we'd like to see emulated. And the man apologizes when he's not going to be available to read and comment!

It sounds amazing (and is!) but Sebastian has commented on over 94% of all the stories he has read – the only reader among the top commenters (and perhaps among ALL members) to be above 90%. So even if he doesn't ALWAYS have a comment, he comes pretty darned close!

Sebastian and the LSF go together like... peanut butter and jelly! What an achievement--congratulations and thanks for supporting the authors here.

As far as I am concerned Sabastion is still the top commenter on site. He has proved over a lot more years then I that he has a strong desire to encourage authors on site, and his comments are always up building. I have received many of his comments and every time they have caused me to smile.

Congrats Sabastion and may you go on commenting for many years to come.

Exactly! Sebastian helped create the friendly, nurturing & comment-intensive culture we enjoy here at the LSF. He is our first Kilo-Commenter. The rest of us have simply followed his example.
