The closest Dunkin Donuts to me is in Spain or Germany unfortunately.

I bike to one several times a week, and usually not even the closest one! Unfortunately, I haven't actually eaten a doughnut in years.

Don't settle the strike folks, I'm still working on my list of demands. I think we should picket. Our uniform could be drop-seat PJ's.

Guy, do you mean we should use pickets instead of the regular paddles and hairbrushes we find around the site? If you do I would hope the pickets are sanded and well finished because I have seen some rough looking pickets on a fence here and there and it would really hurt....ouch!

Secondly, will not the people who own the fences our get the pickets get mad, and maybe they would want to swat butts for taking the pickets. Now that being said it is not a bad idea to take a few pickets for those of us who like getting swatted, but I do want to chose whom I steal my picket from.

Just a word to the wise... Be sure to remove all nails before using your stolen picket as a paddle.

Aha. I wondered why the Latest Additions section wasn't shifting. Now I know.
In support of the Writers' Strike (note the position of the apostrophe — I assume there must be more than one of them), I propose that all regular commenters should now withhold comments. The combined effect of this double suspension of activity should paralyse all future postings and achieve our shared, er, objectives.
That's the idea, anyway.

You may notice that with Flopsy and team's help, I crossed the picket line and got two of my submissions onto the Latest Loaded list.

Hey - does that make you a blackleg?

So called, apparently, because they go to work under cover of darkness. Also called "scab". Is that why when you have a scab, people tell you not to picket?
