I'd inadvertently switched off Flash on Photon (little lightning symbol restores). Doh!

The story viewer doesn't use Flash. It's just HTML/javascript.

This is a big pain for me. I do everything with my ipad. I thought i could put my laptop away, never to be used except in emergencies. AND this is an emergency! What would i do with myself if i couldn't'read a spanking story everyday!

Not being a tetchy guy what i don't get is that i can log on to the site, use the forum, read the blog but i cannot read the stories?

You can't read the stories because the Apple operating system on your iPad has a bug in it whereby it doesn't scroll items which are displayed in an iframe. The story viewer uses an iframe to display its contents but the forum and blog do not.

Anyway, I'm seeing if there's anything that can be done about it but it's pointless contacting Apple about it as the bug was introduced by them some years ago and they're clearly not interested in fixing it.

For those using android devices: I've just tried the Dolphin browser, and it, like the current Firefox version, also seems to show LSF pretty well. (I'm using a recent version of android: 4.4 kit Kat).

There is also a version of Dolphin browser for iOS, I believe, so folks using iPad, iPhone, and other iFruit devices might want to give it a try.

Well, i found a web browser that works. It's called iSwifter. Problem is that it doesn't leave you logged in at all. So if you close your browser you have to log in again, or navigate away from the site. It does show the stories though.

The free version of iSwifter only gives you 10 minutes of time. Since it had other issues i haven't bought it yet.

Just to say the situation with Puffin is still being investigated. I had made quite a bit of progress but now need some further input which I'm having to wait for.
