Ruegirl's 'Invisible' is, in my opinion, a brilliant piece of work. For some, it may be 'tame', in that it has no long, detailed accounts of spanking, nor explicit sex. But it's clever, witty, has characterisation and natural dialogue. It is a story, with believable people, not just a description of a spanking.

Of course, I realise that is not everyone's cup of tea, but for me, it's one the best stories I've ever read.

So come on, folks, what stories titillated, excited, amused or otherwise engaged you? If you liked it, then others might too.

One of the best genre stories I ever read, and it isn't actually here, was a fairy tale, it was a spanking version of Snow White. Wish I could remember the name of the author. Very funny and brilliantly written. It was also M/F which isn't my usual thing. It's a shame Paris Morreau's work isn't here either, because her Danny stories were among the best F/M I've ever read.

This is a generalisation, rather than a specific story but I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy flopsybunny's stories. There is always something different in them, something to make me smile and they always catch my attention and hold it.

I particularly enjoyed the 'Photographs' series. What a great idea, an old lady with her photo album and fond memories of being spanked by her husband. We are honoured to look over her shoulder, as she thinks back and tells the story of each picture.

'The Adventures of Polly' was also a great read and another fabulous idea. About the only thing that would get me on a cruise would be if the boat was from this series!

The other stories that really catch my attention are the Quillis ones, where the characters join in and often take over the story as the author tries to write it. I think this is a great concept.

My faveroute story is not on this forum. It was on a geocities site. entitled Mrs McConnal it told the story of a young boy and his relationship with "The Pretty Lady" as he called her or mama when over her knee being taken to spank land by her hairbrush on his bare butt.

Seegee: I wrote a parody of Snow White years ago and posted it on an old newsgroup - it may not be what you are thinking of (it was VERY naughty) but I'll try to see if it can be added here, so look for it.

I'll keep an eye on your name jsanon. This one took place after Snow had married the Prince.

Well, Julnick (Julie) has declined to have her stories featured here but I'll still recommend her stuff from 1998-2001 or so, especially the story "Into the Woods"--it would be on her website "Julnick's Story Nook" if it's still in existence and also on the soc.sexuality.spanking newsgroup's post archives (via Google Groups) around 9-10 years ago IIRC. KFR wrote some terrific stories, notably the three-part story "Special Relativity" and the novella "Boss Lady," but I don't have any idea how to contact him. As I stated elsewhere, I really enjoyed Smeple's "Super Bowl Spanking Spectacular" (or something like that) story and his "March Redness" one too. There were lots of very good F/M stories on the "F/M Spanking Discussion Board," but I don't know how many of them had been posted elsewhere when that site disappeared into cyberspace. .. --C.K.

@ Seegee

I've also written a Snow White story, Seegee, that sounds like the one you're describing. It's one of a trio of fairy-story spoofs I wrote - the other two were Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. I'll try submitting them for the Library.

My own favourites? Like most of us, I go by author. Anything Ruegirl writes is pretty well guaranteed to be brilliant. I almost always enjoy flopsy's stories and Linda's - and Grace Brackenridge's too, even though the majority of hers are F/F (or F/f), which isn't usually my thing. But there's such warmth and humour in her tales of mother-daughter spankings.

Ok, I found another I have to include. While F/M is not normally to my taste, Crimson Kid's 'Diabolical' is one of the best stories I've read. Clever and witty ... it's just wonderful.

Since at least one person tried my last recommendation, I'll try another. Lawrence Kinden's 'Dot Exe', I thought was a delight. Funny and well-written, and includes feelings I'm sure we've all felt when faced with a computer that doesn't do what it's supposed to.
