I have never heard of any kind of tradition or such called "naked day". I have never seen any evidence of there being a day of the year where everyone goes naked into the sea or lake. But it sounds like it might be the kind of "goofy" tradition which might be developed in some European country. But I have no knowledge of it.
The Burning Man celebration in California (or is it Nevada)! I have read about that on the net! Some sort of "modern" tradition! Might be fun.
My apologies for confusing the matter. I didn't mean it was literally called "nude day" just some sort of expression for a celebration culminating with that. The fellow who told me about it (posted it for all the internet to know), is from "the Netherlands" his name is Pietre Antonissen (who doesn't make ANY cartoon art about women with exaggerated large bottoms, that get spanked, with public nude humiliation, and/or get their bottoms abused in some manner (need I put in a comment confirming this as sarcasm?)) who posted live news pictures from his TV which showed men and women of all (legal) ages stripping down in a park/beach before running into the lake/sea/ocean.
However, now I can't find that older post, but newer ones of live public nudity on TV shows he posts frequently.
It's in Nevada, and has been going on for 30-40 years? Relatively speaking, everything started in America is a "modern" tradition. One of the activities there is people go into a tent to get a butt "stamp" (applied by a paddle of sorts) One stamp per customer.
"Don't come with expectations" is a good rule of thumb for attendees.
