The ancient ipad device I have been using for the past 5 years plus may be on its last legs so I am planning to purchase a new laptop. Probably a Dell (had a Dell desktop that was ok once) or perhaps a Lenovo or Samsung, Mac laptops may be the too pricey.
Was wondering what is the best browser for this site. Used FireFox with the Dell and it was fine. Have also used Internet Explorer. Some rave about Google Chrome, others don't recommend it because of Google's tracking issue. And know there are others, like one called Opera.
