I have noticed that several comments I posted to stories July 9 are still awaiting validation. Other later comments on these same stories have appeared. Also noted that they are in MY LSF under My Comments though not yet validated.
Expect must be some sort of oversight. Thought has occurred to me whether or not comments from long time members could just automatically post without validation. Know some sites monitor messages from new posters so as to stop spammers, trolls, and other inappropriate stuff which is a wise policy. Think that has happened here on the Forum boards occasionally.
Thought I should call this matter to your attention. If nothing but validators being swamped with stuff, no problem, willing to have patience.
Update. All my comments for July 9 have appeared, except for Gloup's story Going to the University which has totally disappeared from My Comments list. Cannot begin to imagine what problem might have been.
Could try to repost but wonder whether it would get through. |
