Info panel toggle

I suspect the vast majority of site users are not particularly interested in the info panel found at the bottom of the LSF that shows who's online and who's been online etc yet it takes time and resources to display it. I've therefore set it to not be displayed at all by default but those wishing to still have it displayed can do so by selecting MyLSF->Toggle->Info Panel.

I actually used it to send messages if needed, and I like seeing you was around so I could comment on their stories to make them smile. I will be using it in the future, but I wanted you to know I for one did appreciate it.
