Why you shouldn't spank junior employees

The rule is, "Hands off the staff." Spanking employees may be a favorite fantasy here, but is not to be done in real life, unless it's consensual, or unless you enjoy being sued, and losing.

I've had a few employees I would have loved to have taken over my knee and spanked until they couldn't sit, but I've never acted on it and I've never voiced the desire.

Though one day, I had to write a young lady up for perpetual tardiness, she made the comment, "It was easier in school when I just got sent to the Principal's office to get licks."

I thought, "If she only knew."

I can't help wondering whether some female employees will be inspired to try provoking their bosses into giving them a spanking - £90,000 for getting their bottom warmed sounds like a good deal for the spankee!

Many years ago I went into a convenience store to pick up a six pack. As I was at the checkout paying the clerk, who was a young, good looking college age girl, I noticed hanging on the wall behind her was one of those little wooden Fli-back paddles that were so popular at the time. Someone had written in it with a magic marker "For Tardy People." I assumed it was just for show but since there was no one else around, I just couldn't resist. I pointed to the paddle and asked her point blank if it had ever been used on her for being late. She just grinned and said, "No, and if that bitch (who I assumed was her boss lady) ever touches me with that thing I'll own this place!" And she was probably right.

35 or 40 years ago, I went through a McDonalds Drive through late one night, or maybe it was really early morning, say 2:00 AM. It really was a long time ago as I wouldn't be out at that time of morning now.

Anyway, as I was passing the dine in area I saw one young man, maybe teen aged male employee with an equally young female employee over his knees as he was spanking her shapely backside as she laughed (she was smiling) and I guess told him to stop. I wanted to go in and see if I could help.

More recently, when I was working in customer service for a food broker, I had a young female buyer tell me if she wasn't able to get this particular order, she would get spanked. She had no idea how close I came to asking if I could watch, or if she could face time, (maybe butt time) it for me.
