Can't wait to see who wrote what.

But guessing is half the fun! Although this time I found it almost hopeless. To few bigbottomed policewomen of oriental descent...

Well, it took some doing but I just finished reading the last challenge entry and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. I can't wait to see the authors revealed.

The quality of the challenge stories has caused me to slow down and in some case cases read the entry again. The authors are to be congratulated on the creativity of the stories I have read, so far this month.

The Challenge ENDS tomorrow at midnight London England time so if one still has a chance to read, vote and comment if they want.

I pushed myself to submit a story to a challenge for the first time. Then I started reading all the entries; I'm glad I didn't have any delusions about trying to win. There were a number of stories I could envision winning this time; it's hard to guess which ones are going to pick up the most points from the voters.

Well, I'm always hoping that the Challenge entries which I've awarded my "10" ratings to will end up winning or at least placing, although that only happens occasionally. I tend to especially favor stories with 'twist' endings which catch me by surprise.

Apparently schoolgirls attending old-style boarding academies do/did quite a bit of snitching on each other (and sometimes even themselves), since there were numerous entries involving those types of situations...

Well yes, same here. I give out very few "10" ratings, and traditionally they are the "kiss of death" for the poor author. Very seldom do my picks do well. But this time was different, this time I picked the first place winner!

My congratulations to Gloup, who won both first and second place! More impressive, Gloup's story "My Cousin Chloe" was a VERY CLEAR winner, and won despite having the incredible handicap of being among my few "10" choices.

Also, my compliments to the other winners, and to everybody who entered the fray. I enjoyed all of the stories.
