A word to the wise concerning the use of pen names on Facebook...
Evidently they, in their "infinite wisdom", are shutting down accounts where the IP address name doesn't match the name on record or if it differs from the real name used on your regular FB account.
I got booted off of my pen name account a little while ago. I suspect my account came to their attention because one picture I had posted was 'reported' to them as 'not meeting community standards', which they later cleared because there was no nudity. The picture in question fit the description in a group I had joined several months ago. Smooth move, FB. I'm not going to pay you extra for a 'commercial' account. |
