I couldn't even begin to tell you how many times this has been insisted upon me whenever I write, but I am a stubborn old fox. In my mind a "Proper spanking" is whatever you want it to be, whether that is a bare naked whipping or twenty swats to outer clothing while standing. Everyone is different, there is no right or wrong answer to this. Every spanking that I write about is delivered over the panties because to me there is nothing more real than that.

That could be because of my age (59), I grew up before the days of the Internet so my mind was shaped on the very few real life events that I experienced.
