Hello! I hope this is an okay topic to post about here.

Recently I've had some friends and other acquaintances tell me that I should try and get some of my original spanking themed ideas/works published. I've never really entertained the idea of trying to get anything 'professionally' published before (or at least not for a really long time anyway). I wouldn't even know where to begin. I know some authors get published through this site, though I'm not really familiar with the process or if I'd actually get paid for any of it. Not that I still wouldn't love having a published work on this site! paid or not!

I guess I'm just asking for some opinions/advice on the matter. I still haven't actually decided if I'd want to commit to it or not, but I'd like to research and learn about it anyway. And since I know this site has some very well informed authors/spankos I figured I'd put the question to you guys. Any advice would be much appreciated.

There are two current threads in the forum--Lost Trying to Write a Serial and Is there actually a market.

Replies there, may answer many of your questions.

You can get published through this web page and select if you want your share of the makings, or if you want to donate it to the site owners. The earnings are usually quite modest so unless you have a record breaking blockbuster on your hands you might consider donating the revenues to the maintaining of this web page.
