Fictional characters to be spanked by

For those of us old enough to remember Upstairs Downstairs (a long time before Downton Abbey) I nominate Mr Hudson the butler, memorably played by Gordon Jackson. Although he had a kindlier side, he often came across as a stern, moralising, god-fearing man who served as a father figure to the below stairs servants. I can certainly imagine him putting the under-house-parlourmaid over his knee, but sadly it never happened. (There was one light-hearted spanking in the series, but that was "upstairs".)

Actually, Shirley Jones did spank Danny after he cut and sold Keith's hair. Susan Dey one time set off to spank Danny when he was peeping on her character, Lori and her date. She was babysitting him.

The problem I would have with being spanked by a super-strong female (Buffy, Xena, Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman, She-Hulk, Supergirl, Power Girl, etc.) is that she would really have to 'hold back' her striking power, however I would much prefer to be over the knee of a feminine disciplinarian who could wallop my bare behind all-out (with an effective implement) should she decide to, without seriously injuring me.
