It always seems strange to me that films and TV shows are so keen to show people being done to death in all manner of gruesome ways, whilst being so shy of spanking scenes.
Anyway, you might like to investigate the Jack Horntip collection. It has lots of folk songs and poems in addition to a surprising amount of drinking songs, but buried within is a collection of Victorian erotica, arranged by date.
You do have to search for horntip.com/html because it doesn't appear on the home page.

I can recommend the spanking film Lucinda's Confession (1hr 50) which has many fine m/f spankings and a passable plot--young girl sent to live in older man's house and subjected to his, and other's, discipline. She comes to love it. It is up there on various free sites.

Then there are two Czech feature films. One, the name of which I can't remember, features the young farmer spanking his lovely wife whilst farmhands look on with interest. If trying to find it, it starts with a long scene of the family and workers processing a recently slaughtered pig. Sounds horrid, actually interesting.

The other, "Closely Observed Trains" (b & w) does not include a spanking but instead, a lovely scene where the station master, at the end of the working day, locks the door of the office, bends his attractive young assistant over the table, lifts her skirt, lowers her pants and then decorates her bottom with rubber ink-stamps.

Her mother sees them and takes her straight to the police station, where those pants are taken down again so that the police can see the evidence. Next day there is a magistrates' court hearing and, once again her bottom is bared before the bench. Their enjoyment is obvious.

Thanks for recommending this. I found it available on Youtube with English subtitles and enjoyed it. Generally speaking, I prefer old films to new ones.

I agree, the rubber stamp scene in Closely Observed Trains is a masterpiece of eroticism.

My favourites would be Happy Valley (3 wonderful caning scenes) and Lady Jane (one great caning scene). Both are tasteful yet erotic IMO

I always feel sorry for QUEEN Jane, having reigned for a mere 9 days - 9 days because that's how long it took a larger army to march to London. The woman who took her place (Bloody Mary) was technically illegitimate - her mother's marriage to the King had been annulled. The next queen? Well she was the daughter of a convicted adulteress, so who knows who her real daddy was.

But that's an aside. That punishment scene in Lady Jane, well I think that it should have continued. Her first cousin could have talked to her, telling Jane that he wasn't going to make her his Queen, while the punishment went on until she accepted the man her family wanted to marry.

Yes, that film was mostly accurate - which shows how screwed up the British Royal family was back then.
