Sorry, I guess the title alone was a startle for me. There are probably 200 stories, here, for which the title would work. So I suppose it's not a great idea. (not the first time for me!).

Interesting human interest story well worth reading even though it has nothing related to what this site is about.
But thats all right. I remember those wonderful evenings chatting in the World Spanking Forum chatroom over 10 years ago when we'd have as many or more lively discussions on non-spanking topics as we did on the subject itself.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to belittle human interest stories, but my own failed pursuits I guess have made me a "little" bitter on hearing about someone's dumb luck.

I completely agree with this sentiment Redskinluver, the best friendships that I've made in the spanking "scene" (for lack of a better word) are those where we can have long and engaging discussions about all sorts of vanilla things (and spanking of course!). I would say the proportion of vanilla conversation with my closest spanko friends is perhaps 75%, though we tend to circle back to spanking quite often.
