Day 4000!

In 2009 I was 2 years into the single life, after being married for 23. Finally, I was able to pursue my spanking interests after nearly half a century of just fantasising about it. Fortunately, the real thing turned out to be everything I had hoped for. I still enjoy reading stories on here though just to top up my imagination.

I would apologize for making people feel old, but I'm not actually sorry It's interesting seeing how much some people's lives have changed in all that time.

I am old enough to remember those wonderful NHS nurses uniforms of the early 1960s. It made you feel better just to look at them.

4000 days ago...
In August 2009, it was 2 months before I found this website and decided to join. Since then, not much has changed here for me.

At home, my grandmother died since, followed by my dad, then my mom (coincidentally my step-mom died three months after my mom, but step-parents don't always cause regrets).

I've moved three times, since. First to quit my job, to take care of my dad after a major operation. Then to move in with my mom only to find she was at stage four and again I quit a job to take care of her in her final days. Death seems to following me around, but now there's no one left but me for death to tangle with, and I won't go that easily.

In other events, 4009 days ago, evidence was unearthed that the English had invented Haggis.

4001 days ago, a baby was born with four legs and four arms in Nepal, causing thousands to worship it as the reincarnation of Ganesh.

3992 days ago, the first video ad appeared in a printed magazine.

Like Rick, my work preceded me here. My stories were copied over from their original online home in April 2009. I used to come to the LSF via a secret portal in Bottom Lines, but then I was granted my own library card so I can come in through the front door like any other intruder.
And what was I doing in 2009? Sorting out my eldest's Uni application as it was results time.

Let's see, 2009 was I believe 3 maybe 4 jobs ago. I had yet to write a spanking story and honestly, had not found this site, (I joined in 2013). I was over 30 years removed from High School, my mother had just passed on, followed by my dad the following year. I've seen my gf's two kids grow up, graduate college and was at the older one's wedding. Now, I'm kind of a grandfather as they have a baby boy. I've written a lot of spanking stories, some are on this site, the rest are not and never will be. Some might call me an old man, I just say I'm not old yet, but I can see it from here.

The 30th of August 2009? Where was I?

I was just eight days into my first and only marriage. And today I am still happily married to the wonderful lady I hooked up with for life on the 22nd of August 2009! I discovered and joined LSF on February 25th, 2010 - and have been a fan ever since. I have had one single story published here on LSF ("My Very Best Wet Dream Ever" was the title.). I am not a prolific author. Although I do gab a lot on LSFs sister site, Bottomlines. My wife has nada involvement in LSF and Bottomlines, since she is strictly a vanilla.

I had recently moved into a new house, and my work too was copied from elsewhere. I started writing the Spank Shop stories in 2002 I think.

Heard a few tales about the uniforms, pretty to look at by all accounts, but rather impractical and not dignity preserving for the nurse when it came to manual handling during patient transfers, as a lady local to me who worked as nurse in that era said "you ended up showing your tomorrows intimate washing to the world".
