Don't know if anyone else saw the twitter announcement but Tony Elka, who co-founded Shadow Lane with Eve Howard, past away. Don't know if it was due to the virus or not. Tony left behind his partner, Eve Howard, and many spankos & Disciplinarians who were affected, even indirectly, by his life. He will be missed.

Very sorry to hear this. I met Tony and Eve several times at SL. They'd been together for years - she must be missing him unbearably.

Sorry for the news of Tony's death. I met them at a couple of Shadow Lane parties. I had the privilege of spanking Eve!!

He was a key figure in SL, with Eve, producing quality material - for spankos by spankos! What a sad loss.

I recall many of Tony Elka's contributions to the soc.sexuality.spanking newsgroup in the late 1990s and early 2000s, he notably got into some epic political debates--I generally supported him since I basically shared his perspectives on American social and political issues.

He and his partner (Eve Howard) certainly made major contributions to the spankophile community--he will be missed...

I was so sorry to hear that one of the pioneers of our special thing has passed away. I met Tony at SL in Palm Springs. He and Eve couldn't have been nicer to me.

I can not put into words how important Tony was to our community. My heart goes out to Eve and all of his many friends.
