There is a scene in one "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" episode, in which Buffy notices her "brand-spanking-new boyfriend" (Willow's description), Riley, putting less-than-nutritious food on his tray in the cafeteria.

In the same episode Anya casually mentions that she and Xander have tried spanking. She doesn’t say who spanked who, but Anya strikes me as a top.

Agreed, especially since she's a former 'vengeance demon' whose function was to punish (in worse ways than via spanking) men who mistreat women. Xander doesn't strike me as being all that assertive either.

I always wondered that about Tara and Willow, however I always saw Tara as the spanker, unless the role played with Willow as Dark Willow, she was definitely a top. Cordelia the character and Charisma Carpenter; the actress who played her, could have given a pretty decent spanking. Same with Faith/Eliza Dushku.

Another one that springs to mind is Claudia Black - stared in the programme from the early 2000s call Farscape. She wore fantastically sexy figure hugging suits and no sign of a panty line to be had.
