Unusual corner time

I recently became aware of an interesting corner time involving sitting on an up turned car floor mat with the rubber bumps.

Are others familiar with such punishments? I've read about kneeling and kneeling on peas or rice. But this seems different and although similar to the"corner stool" easier to come by.

I know all too well the floor mat punishment although in my case it's with a re-purposed office desk floor mat that you put on carpet so your office chair can roll

Sitting on one of those coconut door mats gives similar results - especially AFTER a spanking!

I saw one at spanking show booth. It was an old checker board with an upside down bottle cap glued to every checker square, all 64. The idea was you were made to sit on it after a heavy session. The booth only sold heavy toys. My girlfriend shooed me away to the next booth which always makes me laugh.

A french friend of mine told me about this one. After a session with the paddle the spankee has to face the corner with a full glass of water and hold it at a certain level marked on the wall. If any amount of water spills, there will be consequences. It sounds so simple but after a certain period it almost gets unbearable.

In what way did the punished have to hold water? With both hands or just one? Could they see the assigned mark?

I enjoy reading stories that use strict corner time. Strict corner time is corporal punishment - motionless, silent, at attention, nose touching the wall. CT is a stress position where the writer can explore the feelings and emotions of the spankee as she waits either pre or post spanking. I would like to see more of this. Note - standing in the vicinity of a wall or in front of a fireplace is not strict, CT by my definition.

Additional punishment? Not exactly CT for me but I think sitting on a low, hardwood stool provides plenty of mild discomfort. You could also add the rough backside of a carpet square

Although this is an old thread, I wanted to mention a new suggestion. The acupressure mat. I have mearly read about it, but the idea seems interesting. Thoughts?

I like corner time and all of my stories contain some. I have found it works in real life too.
That said, I dont use anything uncomfortable, but I do expect them to stand very still with their nose as close into a corner as they can make it, then hold very still.
If they look around I restart the time. If it happens again then there are other consequences. Probably more time over my knee

The shower mat with the nubbed side up and the suction cups down works well. The suction cups hold well enough for the sub to be pulled across. For more pain, I suggest Legos. Plastic and easy to clean.
