Unless everyone is temperamentally disinclined to have dealings with porn sites, I imagine at least a few LSF folk will have come across Lupus Pictures productions! I'm citing these as an example of a variety of cp film where transforming an unblemished (female) bum into something quite horrifyingly damaged, with broken skin, and contusions fit to bleed, is a major feature! What I'm really interested to find out, is how long does it take for the poor performer's bottom to return to a state without conspicuous markings? It must be for sure that appearing in these was a part-time job! Does anyone know of any interviews available with those concerned with making them?

It's worth reading Dances with Werewolves (Memoirs of a Spanking Model) by Niki Flynn. Amongst other things, she has been on the receiving end in at least couple of Lupus movies (they used to be called Rigid East).

Are those whippings even real?

They look real. If they aren't then 99% of the budget has to be spent on special effects (it's not going for the script, experienced actors, location, etc).

There is a DVD from RE/Lupus I have from them, called, Godfather where a daughter is spanked hard with a wooden paddle. The marks left on her arse were similar to Real spankings. The butt is red and purple, but there is no skin broken in the video. It is by far better than those that go farther with the cane and are 'icky.'
