Spanking implement sought

On a recent visit, some American friends of ours gave us a fun spanking implement. I don't know what its official name is, but I guess you could best describe it as a small plastic birch. It consists of a number of thin round smooth plastic rods - acrylic perhaps, about eight or nine of them - held together by a cylindrical blue handle, total length about 18 inches (45cm). It's great fun to use, and my gf loves to feel it, but the rods tend to be fragile and one by one they're snapping off.

Unfortunately our US friends had had the implement for some time and can't now remember where it came from. Anyone know where we might buy another one?

I am aware of something similar which i know was imported from the USA, it being 18 inches long though that from what i recall had only 5 rods, it was called a Acrylic Beater Cane.

If that the object you seek then Mr Google might be your friend, thought one i knew of had a black handle with blue rods.

I was not the owner/buyer of the above, so not aware of supplier, it may or may not be what you seek, good luck in your search.
