Not only did she comment on pretty much every story I ever posted, but we had become email buddies. I miss her a lot.

Me too, to a point. She did comment on my stories, thoughtfully so and we did have a bit of email correspondence (popups, actually) but not really extensive. She's my top "commenter" on my author page.

I miss her too.

Me too. She came across as such a lovely warm, caring personality and it was always a real pleasure to receive a comment from her.

I miss Barb too. This site could use some more Barb's for all who want to see this library continue to flourish. She was an avid reader who brightened our day with her comments that made us think.

We truly miss you Barb.

I agree with all everyone has said. One of my top commenters, she also seemed like a genuinely nice person

All of the above -- and then some! Don't hold your breath waiting for another commenter like her. She was unique. Just be happy that you knew her just a little.

I haven't been able to be here for most of the last year. Barb was one of my top commenters also. What happened to her?

Check the "info" button at the top of the page. Under the "in memoriam" tab. Barb passed away...
