It appears that it may become a legal matter at this point. Someone dropped the ball. Leaving for Virginia Tuesday with my sons. Thanks to all of you for your support.

It was a wonderful send off. Many Many friends and family. We were told to show up in Tee Shirts and Sweatpants as this was his favorite attire. Many did just that who got the word. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts. No need to respond, I know you're all there with us.
