Arkansas man asks bank teller to spank him

It was most likely the offer of money that got him in trouble with the law. Depending on the particular states legal code (and they vary widely here) that could be considered soliciting for a sex act. In any event, very poor judgment on this fellows part.

It is hard to believe a man who grew up in this small Southern town would carry on like that and the police would overreact. But these days nothing surprises me.

Assuming the whole story is not just an urban myth, it sounds to me that he did not want a spanking from just any woman, but from this one in particular. I would love to know what it was about her that caused him to freak out (again assuming that he was not in the habit of harassing women to spank him), Was it something she said? Something in her manner? Was she stunningly beautiful? I guess we will never know.
