Sounds like a fun premise for a spanking story. Sounds like a ludicrous premise for real life. This is the sort of thing that makes me keep my fetish to myself. I don't want to be associated with the weirdos.

Ha! So it's common enough that they've had to establish an official policy to deal with it?
Too bad that an offer to take a spanking is considered "harassing communications". Now, I can see that if the teller declined and he kept pestering her, that would be harassment. But if it was a one-time offer, I'd have to vote 'not guilty'.

There has to be more to this than reported in the article. It seems a bit harsh to lock someone in jail before being convicted just for making a phone-call - he is hardly likely to go on the run unless he has a history of other convictions. However, if this is a first time offence, maybe some strict lady somewhere will take pity on him and give him what he needs.

Is the "No Spanking" policy in jail a denial of his human rights? The lawyers could have a field day!

Oh my goodness! I asked a man in Arkansas to spank me once. Well, I actually had a friend ask him for me. We could have both ended up in jail!

This makes absolutely not sense whatsoever. Wow...just, wow....

That's a different version of the story then the one I read. I can't find the link but the gist of it was the (adult) son was rude and called the teller a Bitch before storming out of the bank. The Son's Dad then phones up the teller and tells her he thinks she should punish his son for what he did and the son agreed. Either way creepy but would certainly make great spanko fiction fodder.
