Fanfiction for Sweet Valley?

Having read CherrryRed's "Myrtle Beach Bikini Switch" story, and commented on, another thought occurred.
Have not seen any fanfiction set in the world of Sweet Valley, a TV show featuring the blonde California twins Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, that starred Brittany Daniel.
Like the two in the story they were quite different, Elizabeth being the serious, studious, responsible one, and Jessica the wild,funloving, bratty one, who often pretended to be her sister when she wanted something or was trying to evade getting caught for something she had done. She was oh so spankable. And for that matter was her sister, and many of their friends.
Has anyone given thought ,among our fanfiction writers here, to doing a spanking in Sweet Valley story? Or maybe I will try to write ome myself.

I hate to admit my age, but I've never seen Sweet Valley. I think I've walked past the books a few times but I didn't know it was a TV show.

Meaning that I couldn't even begin to write a story set in that world.

Goodgulf

Put me in the same boat with Goodgulf. I not only couldn't write such a story, I would be unlikely to enjoy reading it unless it had been properly written, so as to introduce the Sweet Valley world and it's characters to us old farts who no longer bother to keep up with popular culture.

i have to admit i have never heard of the series either. what network was it on? i would enjoy any fan fiction story with girls otk so i do hope someone writes one. On a side note it does sound like an old TV series called the Patty Duke Show when she plays identical cousins. One studious and the other just wanting to have fun and i do remember that she did talk her cousin into switching with her for something the other might enjoy, but she would not and also seem to remember that there was a spanking threat if they did it again. have a great day

While I never watched the series, I loved the books. The series had alot of spin offs. Several that were really prequels.
Naughty teenage girls, there's a spanking story in there somewhere, I'm sure.
Maybe you should write one. The Wakefield twins were popular for twenty years. You could introduce Jessica and Elizabeth ( friends too, if you like) to our wonderful community.

Never saw "Sweet Valley" but it does sound like it's mining the same territory the Patty Duke Show did a couple of decades before. I am familiar with Brittany Daniel however and she is eminently spankable so I'm down with a fanfic story...
